LI: to learn basic words in Te reo

today for Maori we had to get back into our group from last week and we had to sit down with our teacher and she told us new words and we learning about brothers and sisters and when she asked us how many younger, older brother or sisters we have in Te reo we had to say a number of how many we have. we then had a task to complete we had to find places in new Zealand and other countries and we had to find the Maori name for it so we had to translate the English name into Maori.

Tungane - Brother
Tuahine - Sister

This week for moari my group has start watching the video and now we had now started work on the family tree is when you have to name The people in the Simpsons  and into moari name. The next thing we had to do was to writ to the moari name to the English name. So next week for had to finish off other moair things. My group name is called the loud and fast group we are loud and we finish our work so fast.

Yesterday we had a other lesson with kiwi can. Yesterday we had to get into two different group one group went with the other kiwi can leader and one went and the other group went and did some  actively on how to work as a group. Then we had to get together and talk about what each group did
and what they had to do with the tearm or group. After that we had to get into circle so that we can do
GKQ. At the end we had to find who is the winner of the GKQ.

this week for jaylee reading they had to pick a book from sunshine class and find information. Next time i will like to play your quiz about the book you are reading.

For SSR selfie i have read a book called polar bear, polar bear what do hear.
This book is about a bear who hear different a animals in side there ears. also this
book is and rythming book. When the bear talk he ryhthem at the same time.

Writing

LI To revise the structure of a recount and reaffirm the marking criteria.

This week for writhing we had to make and recount of day you had one 

samthing. In my story i had to use a tree with is the structure of and recount.

we had 45 mints  to writh and recount of a day we had won a game.In our 

story we had to put as many ideas we can think of.

Maths

This week for Maths we are talking about lengths of pencils in Ls1. First we had to add up
of the date from other groups. For this task we have to work as a group to measure the pencils.
If you used a tally to do this it will be hard because there will be different number.But when you
use google sheet it will easy. We had 10 pencils in each group with had to measure is it the pencils
went pass 10 and all most to 11 then the pencils 11 meters.When you are going to measure 10 pencils you will need to have a group of 4 to do this.

Basic facts

Today i have said to myself i should do  basic facts the box i have did was up to 5's and to 20's 

when i had done all the box and they all say good i could blog it but if it say good luck next time i will need to have a try next time and get that answer fast next time i do basic facts box. The basic facts box took me  40 mints and 35 scaends

This week for reading we had to find a book from sunshine classic and read about it and find questions in that book. When you had find questions you can make and quiz master about your book.

L.I to define and describe the terms Enterprise and Business.
Enterprise means a project or undertaking, especially a bold or complex one. Business means a person's regular occupation, profession or trade. In our groups we had predicted the meanings of those words. This can be shown on Slide 30. After this we had to find different companies life food companies, clothes companies, shoes companies etc and find out their price range and what they sell. We also had to do companies that don't sell things but that do things for you.

Kiwi can

This morning LS1 had the first session of kiwi can for term 4 . We had 2 new teachers and there names were mr c manu & mr latu we learned about respect and how to respect yourself .at first we played a energiser called tooty fruity and if mr C manu said apple we would have to jump forwards if he said orange we would have to jump backwards and if he said banana we would have to jump the opposite way . For me this energiser was hard because we had to keep up with what he was saying .

This morning Ls1 had there first week with whea odi. With odi we and to get in a group of 7 in my group i had fau, charlize,Hosea,juel,sione,sulia and me. The first the thing my group had to do was do a task that was called kotahi in my group we had to work together to get the right answers.
