Today Ls1 group B had kiwi sport. first we did same stretches the stretches we did were L sharp, seal, butterfly, cat, stroller,back front sport. After we had done our strength we got into our 3 group from last week.
1 Rotation
- Bearn - backwards
- Box cartwheel
- birch for weal roll
- pull you feet yo high
2 Rotation
- Trampoline- starfish
- backward roll
- l leg earpiece hand lad
- Half 180 jump.
3 Rotation
- Handstand
- front support
- parallel bars
- back slide front rotation.
- back rolled with 2 hand.
- banner hop.
The thing that was difficult for me was the half 180 jump and also the bear back wards walk on the bars and also we had to do and back roll with two whole on the bars. we also had to do bunny hop holding to hand.
