Today Ls1 group B had kiwi sport. first we did same stretches the stretches we did were L sharp, seal, butterfly, cat, stroller,back front sport. After we had done our strength we got into our 3 group from last week.
1 Rotation
- Bearn - backwards
- Box cartwheel
- birch for weal roll
2 Rotation
- Trampoline- starfish
- backward roll
- l leg earpiece hand lad
- Half 180 jump.
3 Rotation
- Handstand
- front support
- parallel bars
- back slide front rotation.
The thing that was difficult for me was the half 180 jump and also the bear back wards walk on the bars also we had to do and back roll with two hands and do and bunny hop and pull you feet high as you can
